Proprietor Michael Lip is a well-credentialed coach and has plenty of tournament experience, having coached not only in schools and holiday coaching clinics for many years, but also at a national level at the Australian Junior Championships and Australian Schools Teams Championships.

Michael is the most successful coach in the history of the Australian Schools Teams Championships. Of his eight teams to participate in the prestigious tournament, seven have won the event and the other team finished second.
